As manager of the port of Sète, PSF is considering each customer as a partner and is developing services to meet the particularities of each : they are commercial tenants, maintenance workers, fishermen, fishmongers or recreational sailors, all are the focus of the enterprise.
On the basis of an active and permanent customer focus, and a detailed analysis of the sensitivity of the environment and its impacts, PSF has defined a clear strategy, supported by its management team and shared at all levels of PSF.
The improvement approach is reflected since 2002 by an ISO 9001 certification of the commercial port. This approach was extended in 2013 to the environmental dimension by an ISO 14001 certification of the 3 ports (commercial, fishing and boating) and the European certification "CWA clean port" Marina.
